Hi, I’m Martin Sanchez, the owner of the company. I guarantee that you will be blown away by the quality of service we provide.

We appreciate you trusting us with your fine furnishings. When we’re finished, your home will be sparkling, fresh, and beautiful—guaranteed! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we suggest logging into your client portal to choose another time and day. Alternatively, you can call us at 310-809-2386.

With that said, here are some suggestions to help us both:

  1. Special Requirements: Please advise your Cleaning Specialist upon arrival about any special requirements, such as moving furniture with weak legs, loose tops, etc.
  2. Vacuuming: Thoroughly vacuum your carpets, especially high-traffic areas, before we arrive. If you need assistance, simply let your Cleaning Specialist know.
  3. Draperies: Please pin up any full-length draperies so they are at least 6 inches from the carpet.
  4. Furniture Skirts: Pin up any skirts on upholstered furniture that may be touching the carpet.
  5. Breakable Items: Remove all breakable items from furniture that needs to be temporarily moved for carpet cleaning. We call this “clearing the decks for action”!
  6. Small Furniture: Remove small pieces of furniture, such as dining room chairs, magazine racks, toys, etc., before we arrive. This will allow you to enjoy your sparkling clean carpet sooner.
  7. Heavy Furniture: While we can’t move heavy furniture (china hutches, entertainment centers, beds, etc.), we can hand-clean the carpet underneath where there is sufficient space or edge right up to the base.
  8. Stains: Please point out any spots or stains that may require special techniques and identify the staining agent if possible. We have specialized spot removal agents.
  9. Pets: For your pet’s peace of mind (and ours!), please place them in a safe space where our cleaning won’t disturb them.
  10. Water Faucet & Parking: If possible, please have an outside water faucet available and a designated parking spot where our equipment won’t disturb anyone or be obstructed.

A Special Note About Odors:

We do everything possible to reduce or eliminate pet odors. However, due to the depth of contamination, 100% success may not be attainable. You may notice an elevated odor for a few days after cleaning due to higher humidity levels. We offer advanced optional levels of odor removal—please ask your Specialist for more information.
